Each Mediation is unique. However, the Mediation process usually begin with a Scheduling/Confirmation Letter and the enclosure of an Agreement to Mediate, with Rules for Mediation. These are sent, ususally by email, once the Mediation is scheduled. You will then have the opportunity to review these prior to the Mediation session where the Agreement to Mediate will be executed by all parties and Pete. You are encouraged to bring any documents to Mediation that you beleive will be helpful in addressing the issues for discussion. 


PLEASE NOTE: After over 40 years working in the justice system both Pete and his wife, Christine, have decided to embark upon "sabbaticals of indeterminate duration".
